SUMMIT COUNTY. UTAH THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL OPERATORS. TAKES OF PRODUCTION. MINERAL AND ROYALTY OWNERS, AND PARTICULARLY ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE PINEVIEW FIELD SUMMIT SUM-MIT COUNTY, UTAH. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining, State of Utah, will conduct a hearing on Thursday, March 29, 1979 at 9:00 a.m., in the Wildlife Resources' Auditorium, Auditor-ium, 1596 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, in the above entitled cause, at which time all persons, firms, and corporations interested may, if they so desire, appear and be heard. Notice is further given that the purpose of said hearing will be to determine whether or not the Board should enter an Order permitting and authorizing Champlin Petroleum Company to dispose of i, salt water, brackish water, and other water produced with oil and unfit for domestic, livestock, irrigation, or other general uses, obtained from the Twin Creek and Nugget Formations, by injecting said water into the Stump Formation at a depth ranging from 3,928' through 3,936'. Applicant proposes to utilize the Champlin 1 Jones well, located in the C SE NE, Section 5, Township 2 North, Range 7 East, Summit County, Utah. DATED this 5th day of March, 1979.
