Is Associate Justice IJdward Douglass White. He is strongly strong-ly urged for the place. Justice White was apjioinled to the supreme court from Louisiana and Is a Democrat tl is believed the President Presi-dent will not give very great weight to political considerutK'n in making Ills select Ion.
