The complainant claims that he employed Carlson to yvork lor hlui and was to pay the man a stipulated salary per month and in addition to this was to furnish him with board and lodging. He gave Carlson board and lodging belore the man went to work and afier several days of fuch accommodations Carlson disappeared without performing any lahor, Chris-tensen Chris-tensen feels that his employe is in debt to him to the amount which he asks in 'bis suit. Hunter and Kennedy, have filed suit against C. F. Whipple and wife lor $llii, alleged to be due the firm in a real estate transaction. |
