NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, October 6, 1910 Notice la liereby glen that W. P. Foster, whoso post office address Is Ogden, Utah, has made application In accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah, lf07. as amended by tho Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate one (1) cubic foot per second of water from springs In Weber We-ber county, Utah. Said springs aro situated at a point which lies 283 feet Dorth and 425 feet west of the north west corner of Section 23, Township 6 north. Range 1 west. Salt Lake baso and meridian. The water will bo diverted di-verted at the place, where It lssuos from said springs and conveyed by means of n pipe line for a distance of 2.F.00 feet and there used daring tho period from January 1 to December 31, Inclusive, of each year, for domestic do-mestic and municipal purposes. This application Is designated In the State Engineer's office as No. 3201. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must bo mado by affidavit affi-davit In duplicate and filed In this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
