At a special meeting today, the directors of the Pennsylvania company adopted adopt-ed a reeolutton ' approving the course of its officers in resisting the demands de-mands of its employes. The resolution resolu-tion follows: "Resolved that the board does hereby, here-by, approve of the position taken hy its executive officers in relation to a demand for a further wage increase from certain classes of Its employes employ-es and is of the opinion that such position po-sition should be fairly maintained."
