This Is an of-feiso of-feiso equally as pernicious as speeding speed-ing and will be dealt with just as se-crely, se-crely, according to the statement ot the officer. There has been a greater leniency extended to bicyclists dur'ng the past ftw weeks than formerly, and Mn Rtasl states that, in consequence of this leniency, many bicyclists are again riding on the sidewalks, cen in the business section of the city.
