Double Track Will Aid in Preventing Congestion During the Heavy Traffic Which Is Coming. Superintendent W. A. Whitney, As- I sistant Superintendent Jeffers, Resident Resi-dent Engineer Maltland and other Union Pacific officials are back at local railroad headquarters after a very thorough thor-ough inspection of the Utah division between Ogden and Rawlins. Referring Refer-ring to the inspectiou, Superintendent Whitney said to a reporter: "We found everything In excellent condition and are in fine 6hape to handle han-dle all kinds of business. Track conditions con-ditions are exceptionally good and we are experiencing no trouble from melting snows or high water, "All of the new double track between be-tween Granger and Gieen River will be completed and in service by July 1, if not before, and the second track will enable us to handle traffic expeditiously expedi-tiously and without delay of any kind.
