Show SHAH REQUESTS FORMATION OF LIBERAL CABINET Teheran, May 9. At the shah's request, re-quest, Said Ed" DowicCi, who was recently re-cently dismissed from the office of foreign minister, has formed a liberal ; cabinet. He will resume his former post, while Nasir el Mulk. now a refugee re-fugee in Europe, will become premier. Nasir el Mulk was premier in 1907, but was ousted through popular demonstration demon-stration against the delay iu punishment punish-ment of the soldiers who had murdered two shopkeepers. Tfie cabinet resigned re-signed at the 'height of tho disorders, and the shah ordereJ the arrest of the premier, who fled from the city. The shah has signed two proclamations, proclama-tions, one announcing the resumption of the execution and the other granting grant-ing political amnesties.
