The maximum penalty pen-alty la a fine of $100 and three months in Jail for the first offense, a fine of 500 and six months in Jail for tho Si oond offense. The commissioner administering the law la given authority to inspect garments gar-ments or fabrics at any time during business hours and he may employ at tho expense of the Woolgrowers' association asso-ciation of Montana, textile experts for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not thero have, boon violations.
