SHIPPERS OF FRUITS AGAIN PAY FREIGHT NEW YORK, Feb. 12. Wholesale prices for fruits and vegetables are so low in the New York market that manv farmers who shipped produce here received nothing In return but a bill for the balance due on freight charges.
