It has inlated a code of safety devices such is Go Slow, Danger, school signs, and these have made it possible for both autolats and pedestrians t oavold danger on curves, hills and sudden turns. A law of Illinois provides for fines not exceeding $10 and arrest and detention aro the punishments for violating tho rules. These rules govern gov-ern stato and interstate traffic.
