Show Smith Found Guilty of Trespass; Fined Martin Smith, found guilty yesterday yester-day of allowing two horses to trespass on the property of Henry Miller, was sentenced to 30 or 30 days by Judge D. R. Roberts this morning. City Attorney Sam Powell moved that the case be dismissed. The de-fondant de-fondant refused, however, alleging that tho charges against him wore maliciously sworn to by the plaintiff. The case" proceeded and Smith was found guilty. The jury before w:i."c:i the case was tried consisted of A. B. Ncal, J. G. Teuscher, H. W. Brewer, and O. 13. Griffith. oo |
