Show Deaths and Funerals CORN Funeral services for Mrs. Thompson Corn were held yesterday at 3 o'clock at tho First Presbyterian church, with Rev. J. E. Carver officiating. offici-ating. Mrs. II. A. Cornett sang. The pall bearers were Dr. A. D. Barber, F. 13. Aekln, A. L, Brewer,, A. P. Blgelow and A. V. Mcintosh. Interment was in Mountain "View cemetery. FOWERS Funeral services for i Charles Fowers, were held yesterday i afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Hooper 1 meotinghouse. Bishop James R. Beus, conducted the service. The ward choir sang "Nearer My God to Thee," "The .Lord i3 My Shepherd," and Mrs. Archibald, Arch-ibald, assisted by the choir, sang ("What Voice Salutes the Startled Ear," Mrs. Holmgren sang "Thy Will I Be Done," and George Manning, "Oh, Dry Those Tears." The speakers were A. C. Christen-'eon, Christen-'eon, Jopn Hooper, Frank Belnap, and Bishop Beus. The services were largely large-ly attended and the floral offerings profuse. Interment took place In the .Hooper cemetery with the grave dedication dedi-cation by C. J. A. Llndquist. oo |
