I I Prior to his doparture he made public this statoment signed by the II ' Ogden concerns: U i To the Citizens of UUh: After caro- fully and thoughtfully considering the 1 Industrial situation affecting not only I our own line of business but the state I as a whole and with a view to per- potuatlng the proper and equitable human relations between employers and employes and in a general way, to promote and stimulate industrial I activity and the lovelopmcnt of ourj wonderful state without let or hindrance, hin-drance, we as individual firms en-L en-L gaged in business In Utah, tax payers I and cltlzons, do hereby announce that, I tho American Plan Is this date ostab-J I llshed as a permanent system in our I individual Institutions and wilt be, I made operative In all departments I within our places of business.
