Features galore will be on deck Inj1 ihe gala track and field meet which i will be held at Monroe Park, Saturday, May 8th, and the latest feature to be announced for the fans, will be a record rec-ord trial by Creed Haymond, national sprint champion in 1919, and one of the stars that will represent Ogden ln the Olympic games. Haymond has on throe occasions tied the world record rec-ord in the 220-yard dash on a straightaway straight-away track and in the meet here win handicap the college men ten yards in this event. By so doing the backers back-ers of Haymond expect the star to romp home with a new world mark. He is the holder of the world's record on the curved track, 220-yard event, his time being 21 and 1-5 seconds, which i3 the same time made on the Btraightaway track. Creed is now in training for the meet and expects to be in first-class i condition when tho starter fires the gun that will send the men on their way.
