OCR Text	Show Um Kansas Strike Being Put in Force PITTSBURG, Kan.. Jaa 27 The first application of the nw Kansas industrial court law was made hero today. Attorney General Richard J. Hopkins is this morning examining , witnesses to the strike of four hundred hun-dred miners of Western and Wear coal companies who yesterday struck In protest against the new law. The examination was not public. Three of the miners being examined are from Ihe Franklin mine of the Western company involved and three I are from the Wear company's coal mine at Dunklrit. A seventh lives in Pittsburg. ; While the seven miners were testifying testi-fying their fellow miners were back at work. : oo And, what's more, it Is getting so you can't be a good Bolshevik! unless you have spinach to compare with Car-ranza's.
