Tresl were entertained en-tertained by the Ogden aviation rum mittee at a luncheon a1 the Weber club today Presl has been a flier for the pnst ten years. At the luncheon today Prest told of the great possibilities possi-bilities of Ogden as an air center and stated that he would return to this City next spring with his planes and carry passengers. Prest met with an accblent here a few days ago when the blade of his propelhr broke causing a forced landing. land-ing. Mrs. Earl Thomas was the pas-senger pas-senger in the plane but was uninjured in the fall. At the meeting today Chairman John S. Lewis, Roscoe R, Owllliam, F. F. Tiers, A B. Foulger. W. K. Zuppannl and Albert Warden wen present, the guesU of honor being Mr. and Mrs. Trest. Qwllllam and Piers, both former na-val na-val fliers, gave short t.illt? on the com Inu ol the aeroplane and the future of the machine. Prest told of his flying experience in California and of the difference hi-tween hi-tween California and Ctah flying. He (stated that flying was ideal here and! I that ogden had one of the best land ing fields in the west. He said the local lo-cal fields were far superior to those ' at Salt Lake owing to the good drain ! age.
