The Ladles' Aid society of the Congregational Con-gregational church will meet in the I church parlors Friday at 2 :30 o'clock 'and all members are asked to be present pres-ent at this time. LEAVES FOR NORTHWEST. Mrs. Gilbert R. Hess of 1258 Twenty-fourth street left Ogden this morning morn-ing for Toppenlsh. Wash., where she will be the guest of her aunt, Mrs. O. P. Ferrin. Mrs. Hqss will also visit other cities of importance before returning re-turning to Ogden. SEVENTH OF SERIES OF TEAS. The seventh of a series of Red Cross teas will be given at the home of Mhs Daisy Maginnis, 2991 Washington avenue ave-nue Sunday afternoon, June 9. when the Misses Nellie Frost and Daisy Maginnis Ma-ginnis will Qteitain the Sacred Heart alumnae and their friends. The graduates grad-uates of Sacred Heart will be the honored hon-ored guests at the affair which is to be for the Red Cross. CHILDREN'S AID SOCIETY. Clayton Fox spent yesterday afternoon after-noon and evening in Ogden visiting his parents and brother Reuben Fox. I Both young men left this morning, the former for Fort Douglas and Reuben for Berkeley, Cal , where he has entered en-tered tho aviation corps. |
