Show TRESPASSERS ARE WARNED BY COURT After two whole days of peace and quiet, the Ogden municipal court resumed re-sumed business this morning and disposed dis-posed of several cases. For rhe past two days no business has come up for disposal and the court has held no session. ses-sion. This morning William Miller and G. McCoy, two itinerant laborer-, v. . v given suspended sentences for trespassing tres-passing on railroad property. Tbe men were arrested by a railroad officer of-ficer yesterday when they arrived in Ogden, after beating their way from Montello. Nevada. Both men were questioned at length as to their past by Assistant City Attorney At-torney David L. Stlne, in an effort to ascertain if they were loyal to the government Both men claimed to be loyal to the United States and its cause. Tbey had been working on a ranch at Montello. Miller had but ono arm, the left arm being gone below be-low the elbow. The men were cautioned by Judgi George S. Barker that trespassing on railroad property at this time is not to be considered lightly and that no man has a right to go upon railroad property without proper business.
