Show 8. I. SPENCER HAS BLACK SMALLPOX 111 BOISE. IDAHO Word was received yesterday that P. N Spencer, son of C. R. Spencer of Ogden, is in quarantine at Boise, Ida., for malignant, or black smallpox, and his mother, who left hero to attend him, Is also in tbe pest house, caring for him. When news of young Mr. Spencer's Illness was first telephoned to Ogden, the messago said tho affliction was pneumonia. Mrs. Spencer left Ogden Immediately, and, even when tho real nature of the disease was made known to her, she unhesitatingly decided to nurse her son with all the attending dangers and she Is now at his bedside in quarantine. 00 |
