Show LANSING TALKS OF WAR OUTLOOK Criticisms of Government and Conduct of War an Aid to Prussianism. WASHINGTON. June 5. Suggestions Sugges-tions of peace based on a "perpetuation "perpetua-tion of Prussianism" and criticisms of thi government and the conduct of the war "which are not constructive" were condemned by Secretary of State Lansing Lan-sing here today.
