Dee of Ogden, to the United States signal service, aviation section, at San Antonio, Texas, was received today by Mrs. Dee The young lieutenant has been attending at-tending the Georgia Technical Institute In-stitute at Atlanta, for several months, studying special work to fit him for B position in the aviation service and he has passed his examinations successfully suc-cessfully and been assigned He attended at-tended the officers' scnool at tho in-Btitute, in-Btitute, Lieut.
