Show Frank K. Nebeker to Prosecute More Cases Against I. W. W. CHICAGO. Sept. 2 Frank 10. Nebeker Nebe-ker of Salt Lake City, chief government govern-ment attorney in the prosecution which resulted recently in the conviction convic-tion of 100 I. W. W. leaders of antiwar anti-war conspiracy has been requested to take charge of similar cases in other cities, it was announced today. In Wichita, Kan., forty men are under federal Indictment on similar charges and at Fresno, Cal., about thirty cases I are pending. It is also probable that a number of cases will be heard in i Omaha. Mr. Nebeker said he would ccept if his private practice permits. George F. Vanderveer, attorney for the I. W. W. leaders convicted here is expected tomorrow to file an application applica-tion to have the men released on bail. The application will bo opposed by Mr. Nebeker. oo |
