Show SUBSISTENCE OF GERMANY ASSURED BERLIN, Oct. 31. Via Amsterdam. Speaking today to a congress of workmen, Herr Braun, undor-socrctary of tho German food department, told the delegates that the subsistence of Germany had again been assured for the fourth winter of the war.
