Show JAPS PLAN IB IPE ROADS Visiting Commission Confers With American Officials Propose to Buy Railroad Equipment. WASHINGTON. Oct. 30. Japan's plans for improving her railway systems sys-tems were discussed today at conferences confer-ences between the visiting Japaneso railway commission and Secretary Red-field Red-field and later with Daniel Willard, chairman of the national defense transportation trans-portation committee, and officials of the war trade board, interstate commerce com-merce commission and the bureau of railway economics.
