Show SHUTTING OFF SEA TRAFFIC THE HAGUE, Oct. 12. The foreign office today issued a communication announcing that, according to a dispatch dis-patch received rrom the Netherlands minister at Washington, the American government had decided to refuse coal bunkering facilities to vessels bound for countries bordering on Germany. The communication adds that unless the Washington government especially sanctions shipments to Holland, sea traffic between Holland and her colon-fios colon-fios will become impossible. |
