Show Testifies That Anti-War Pamphlets Were Printed by Order of Socialists. GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Oct 12. Adolph Germor, secretary of the national na-tional Socialist party, testifying in his behalf in United States district court today, declared that tue so-called antiwar anti-war pamphlets which were printed in Chicago at his direction, wore ordered by tho national war committee of tho Socialist organization. Germer, who with eleven other persons per-sons is being tried on chargos of conspiracy con-spiracy to defeat the purposes or the selection draft, denied that he was involved in-volved in any anti-draft conspiracy. The governmont nas charged that the pamphlet sent out contained disloyal dis-loyal utterances. Germer declared that ho did not consiuer tho pamphlet diBloyal and testified that it was not sent out for tho purpose of Inducing young men to oppose tho selective draft |
