Sacred Heart academy will, under most favorable conditions, open its doors to resident and day pupils for the beginning of its forty-first scholastic year. The indications point to an Increased Increas-ed registration over part successful records and would seem to bo a hearty response to President Wilson's suggestive sug-gestive message wherein ho says: "I would, therefore, urge that tho people continue to give generous support sup-port lo their schools to all grades and that the schools adjust themselves as easily as possible to tho new conditions, condi-tions, to the ond that no boy or girl shall have less opportunity for education educa-tion because of the war and that the nation may bo strengthened as it cau only be through the right education of all its people." It would seem evident that Utah is heeding the advice of its governor who has asked its girls to remember that "where there is a will there is a way." Sacred Heart academy will help "find the way." The educational facilities of this institution in-stitution are well known throughout the intormountain region. Its location, equipment, Instructors and its graduates grad-uates attest Its exqollence, and its patriotic pa-triotic spirit was well shown during the past year by it4 record in school war activities. St Joseph's school for boys situated on Twenty-sixth street, and also conducted con-ducted by the Sisters of the Holy Cross, will begin the school year on tho same day as 'Sacred Heart academy. From this well-known school have gone forth some of Ogden's most prominent men, many of whom are now fighting the country's battle in the various departments of the service.
