This organization or-ganization which was inaugurated in t 1903, with a membership or 22, has I grown steadily, and at present has an acquired membership of 103. Counting many members who have becomo very prominent in musical circlos, throughout through-out tho United States. Aside from the musical advantages derived from this association, tho local carries an insurance, insur-ance, also a relief fund, for the benefit bene-fit of its members in distress. Ford, Perry West-over West-over and Dott Pelt- ' ' This association of musicians has for its chief endeavor tho unilng of the instrumental musicians, and aiding aid-ing in all things to tho betterment of conditions, and tho advancement of the musical profession. The lady members of the local are classed among the most prominont , musicians of tho west, and by their of forts, have materially aided in the bettering bet-tering of conditions socially and otherwise. oth-erwise. The Ogden local is affiliated with the American Federation of Musicians, Musi-cians, also the Trades and Labor Assembly, As-sembly, and Utah State Federation of Labor. It is also incorporated under the laws of tho state of Utah. The local today is established upon a sound financial basis, and has invested in-vested considerably in Liberty bonds, and war savings stamps, and slnnd ready at all times with their services, and otherwise help in the great cause of liberty and democracy.
