Show Germans Suppress National Life of the Esthonians STOCKHOLM, Aug. 31. An offiical Esthonian courier bound for France has arrived here. He states that the Germans are suppressing the Esthonian Estho-nian national life and culture in every eve-ry way. Newspapers are censored, he aaid, are closed or being Germanized. Food requisitioning has been instituted insti-tuted and the broad ration has been fied at a quarter of a kilogram daily and the meat ration at a quartnr of a kilogram weekly.
