The British forces, the announcement adds, suffered considerable losses and only gained ground whore tho German Ger-man troops gave way under orders. On both sides of tho Oise-AIsno canal and on the highlands of Vregny, it is announced, the French made some advance under heavy losses. Russians Launch Offensive. J BERLIN, April 2.
