H Since none of the four or six round H tilts between the two local light- fD weights has eevr been able to produce IM a real winner, Manager Hardy Down- fH ing of the club has decided to allow 1H the boys to travel the extra distance H and settle the question once and for Both George and Gilbert had their H final workout yesterday and reported that they are in the proverbal pink of M condition. All of which is to be taken , H for granted, for neither of the millers H is ever out of physical trim. H Another bout on tho evening's card which should provide plenty of milling H is the eight-round affair between Rex l Morris and Jess Oren. Oren is regard- ed as a sure-nuf comer since ho sur- prised the fans a-weok ago by wallop- H ing Battling Johnson In a four-gong IH Kid Mack and Yankee Allen will ex- M change wallops in the six-round fracas. jM Both of the boys are tough millers M with a punch in each mitt and should be able fo step the distance at' top M speed. jl The regular amateur curtain-raiser M will start things off.
