Show MRS. SHEEHAN ENTERTAINED I AT HARVEST LUNCHEON On Monday last, and in honor of Mrs. D. J. Sheehan, Mrs. II. H. Spencer entertained twenty of Mrs. Sheehan's close friends at a pionlo lunch at her country homo on North Washington avenue. The long tablo was laden with delicious viands and the docorations were unique and unusual in their sim- -v( plicity. Products of September's bar-vest bar-vest combined with sunflowors, au- ! tumn tinted vines, and field flowers, made a complete picturo beneath the trees which surround tho Spencer home. The ladies knitted and chatted during the afternoon, and though the j wM hours wore away so pleasantly they i IJ were not unmixed Avith regret for Mrs. t Sheehan is soon to leave for her homo 1 lH in California. |
