Show FOUR SENTENCED IN U.S. COURT Salt Lake, pril 20. Sentence wa passed vesterda hy Judge John A Marshall in Hie United States district court upon J C Roberts, Leo R I Freshwater, G. E Sutherland and I C, Tatras. all convicted during thp present term of court. Freshwater, convicted of misappro I priatlon of postal funds while post , master at Robinson, Utah, was ghrn ! seven months in the county jail in ?1 dition to the nine months that he had I served there while awaiting trial Sutherland, convicted of a similar i charge with reference to the Eureka postoffice, was sentenced to ten I months in the county Jail on two counts. The sentences run concur , rent, however so that Sutherland is virtually doing double time In Jail. J. C.
