Qr2n,n9 tho Oregon Short Line Railroad Company, fts Successors and Assigns, a Franchise and Right tc Construct, Operate and Maintain for a Period of Fifty Years a Standard Stan-dard Gauge Spur Railroad Track Over and Across the Public Highway High-way In Harrlsvllle. The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weber Ordains as Follows: That the Oregon Short Lino Railroad Rail-road Company, its successors and assigns, as-signs, be and they aro hereby granted a franchise and right to construct, operate and maintain for a period of fifty years a standard gauge spur rallrnarl tmrtr nvor otw1 nnnan tvn public highway running northwesterly and southeasterly through the northwest north-west quarter of the southeast quarter (N. W. 1-4 S. E. 1-4) of Section Six (6), TownBhip Six (6) North, Range One (1) Wost of the Salt Lake -Meridian, at HarriBville." Utah, the loca-tlonAof loca-tlonAof the center lino of said spur track being more particularly described de-scribed as follows: Beginning at a point in the northerly north-erly boundary of said public highway, said point being three hundred sixty-two sixty-two (362) feeL more or less, southeasterly south-easterly from the Intersection of said northerly boundary with the easterly boundary of the public highway running run-ning north from the flrBt mentioned public highway; thence southerly along a ten degree and fifty minute (10 degree 50 minutes) curve to the left, for a distance of one hundred three and eight-tenths (103.8) feet; thenco continuing along a sixteen degree de-gree and fifty-eight minute (16 degrees de-grees 58 minutes) curve to tho left for a distance- of nineteen and four-tonths four-tonths (19.4) feet, to a point In the south boundary of said public hlgh-waj', hlgh-waj', the location of said spur track and the point of crossing over said highway being shown In yellow upon the print attached to the petition for this franchise. I, Harry Hales, Clerk of Weber County, Utah, hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Granting to the Oregon Ore-gon Short Line Railroad company, Its successors and assigns, a franchise and right to construct, operate and maintain for a period of fifty years a standard gauge spur railroad track over and across the public highway In Harrlsville," passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah, on the 14th day ot February, 1916, as the same appears of record in my office.
