Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. Sealed bids shall be received by the Mayor and Commissioners of Ogden City, at their office rooms in the City Hall, Ogden, Utah, until 12 o'clock noon, on Monday, March 6, 1916, at which time and place the bids shall be opened and if satisfactory, the contract con-tract awarded for the furnishing of all materials and performing all labor In remodeling the Ogden City hall, as required for the following: 1 General contract. Including all parts of the work except Plumbing and Heating. 2 For the Plumbing System of said building. 3 For the remodeling of Heating System of said building. Said labor to be done and materials to be furnished and all of said work executed in accordance with tho plans and specifications prepared therefor by Leslie S. Hodgson. Architect. Said plans and specifications may bo seen at the office of the Architect, Peery-Hndson Peery-Hndson Building, Ogden, Utah. The owner reserves the right to reject re-ject any or all bids. A certified check made payable to Ogden City corporation for a sum of money not less, than 5 per cent of the amount of the' bid must accompany each bid; and tho check of the successful suc-cessful bidder shall bo forfeited in case he fails or refuses to enter into the necessary contract and furnish the bond required by the laws of the State of Utah. Each contract to contain, con-tain, among other things, a stipulation stipula-tion that at least twenty per cent of he contract price may be withheld until un-til said work is completed and accepted accept-ed by the owner.
