Show Chicago Grain Chicago, April 6. Wheat prices developed de-veloped strength today as a result of anxiety as to the lateness of seeding In the northwest. Some weakness at times, however, was shown on account ac-count of predictions of increased Argentine Ar-gentine shipments to Europe. Domestic Do-mestic crop reports were of a mixed character. Opening prices, which ranged from l-2c decline to l-43-8c advance .with May at $1.18 1-8 to 1.18 1-2 and July at $1.16 3-4 to 1.17 3-8, wore followed by moderate gains all around, interrupted temporarily tempo-rarily by a rather sharp setback. Corn reflected the changes In the wheat market. For the most part trading was confine"d to pits speculators. speculat-ors. After opening unchanged to l-4c higher, prices scored further upturns, though not without undergoing transient tran-sient dips. Oats hardened with other grain. Business, however, lacked volume.
