CITY ISKEO 10 HE ALL DOGS KILLED A communication from a committee commit-tee appointed by Governor William Spry to attempt the eradication of tho rabies epidemic among coyotes in the western states, was referred by the city board to Mayor- A, R- Hey-wood, Hey-wood, who is superintendent of public pub-lic affairs and tlnance. The communication requests that the city commissioners pass an ordinance ordin-ance for the licensing of dogs, and providing that dogs not licensed be destroyed after the expiration of thirty thir-ty days.
