Have a dcop tin or a number of small ones well greased nnd fill half full of the batter. Bako In a steady oven, laying white paper pa-per over tho top that the cako may not harden too quickly. Do not slam tho door of tho oven or bang anything down on tho stovo while tho cake Is cooking, or It will fall. Do not oven shut tllo door of tho kitchen hard or walk heavily across tho floor until tho cake Is done.
