The brother. Allison Kde. a city employe, em-ploye, gave out today a portion of the letter which he received only a day j or two ago. The letter says the vessel had leaked leak-ed on a previous submersible trip. It refutes a previous report, that the motors mo-tors which had suffered in an accident acci-dent were still in us New motors. Lieutenant Kde wrote, had been in stalled. Excerpt from Letter. tn excerpt from the letter says "I just came back from Pearl harbor har-bor where we were for ten days having hav-ing a new motor installed. Previous to that we had a blowout.
