E. Beeson of the Ogden nigh school, the fine effort put forth by the young orators to win was not only a benefit to them at the present pres-ent time, but should prove a lasting one. The vote of the judges was two for LeRoy icishnian of the Weber academy acad-emy and one for C lifford Rassweilor I of tho Ogden high school, with the margin of victory for the former he ing a narrow one. The subject taken by Mr. Leishman was, "The New Pa t riot ism." and Mr. Rasswoiler's was "Higher Education as tbe Open Se same to Success." 00 |
