Show CITIZENS CARRY BINGHAM. Bingham, Nov. 2. The Citizens' tickets in the three towns which are located in Bingham Canyon were successful suc-cessful in the elections hold here today, to-day, defeating the Independent tickets in each town. In the town of Bingham, Dr. F. E. Straup was elected president of the town board. Following was the vote: Citizens' ticket F. E. Straup. president presi-dent of town board, 817; members of town board. F. L. Bryan, 792; Ed. J. Hayes, 792; W. V. Evans, 773; Stanley Stan-ley Johns, 789. Independent Isador Gauchet, for president of town board, 439; for members of board. H. M. Mitchell. 484; Bert Swan. 473; F. L. Metcalf, 426; Albert Marriot, 441. In the town of Phoenix the Citizens' ticket, headed by A. Gebhardt, was successful. The vote follows: Citizens' ticket For president of town board, A. Gebhart, 73; for members, mem-bers, William May, 75; Josh Carpenter, Carpen-ter, 73; C. C, Lauck, 72; Joe Melich, 72. Dan Eden, 14; for members, Ralph Johnson, 13; O. Brimhall, 11; F. P. Clark, 13.. , At Copperfield R. J. Hunt and the entire Citizens' ticket were successful. success-ful. The vote was as follows: Citizens' ticket For president, R. J. Hunt. 81; for members of board, R. J. Smith, 70; George Pope. 78; Roy Barnett, 77; H. E. Miller, 66. Independent ticket For -president, Elmer E. Hauck, 31; Joe McDonald, 43; Mike Wickers, 39; Leland Trowbridge, Trow-bridge, 31; A. Klopenstein, 33. Brigham Republican by Fair Majority. Brigham City, Nov. 2. After a campaign cam-paign that was chiefly characterized by lack of Interest, Brigham City went Republican today by a decisive majority, although the Democratic candidates secured enough v.otes to be really in the running. There was no contest over the recordership, the name of F. P. Wight, Republican, appearing ap-pearing on both tickets. The results follow: Mayor, John F. Erdman (Rep.), 682; Wynn L. Eddy (Dem.), 551; .four-year councilman, J. E. Fredericksen (Rep.), 719, Albert, Burt (Dem.). 494; two-year two-year councllmen, William Jensen (Rep.), 715; John W. Phillips (Dem.). 508; Carl Isaacson (Rep.), 766, B. O. Jeppson (Dem.), 443, Roland A. Mad-Ben Mad-Ben (Rep.), 768, C. M. Erdman (Dem.), 421; recorder, F. P. Wight (Rep.), no opposition; treasurer, Trieste Box (Rep.), 669, Eliza Madsen (Dem.), 537. The Citizens' ticket prevailed in Garland, tho following officers being elected with practically no opposition: Mayor, M. D. Evans; four-year councilman, coun-cilman, T. W. Innis; two-year councllmen, coun-cllmen, R. Li. Bush, Joseph Lewis, R. F. Francis, D. W. Preston;, treasurer, Mrs. T. H. Edwards. Bear River City elected the People's ticket as follows: Town president, W. H. Jensen; town board, Eli Anderson, Ander-son, Eraatus Petersen, Alma Nelsen, P. M. Anderson. Honeyville chose a Citizens' ticket! Town president, Enoch Hunsaker, J. M. Boothe, Leo Hunsaker, Seth Wheatley. The town of Portage elected a Republican Re-publican ticket as follows.
