OCR Text	Show GLAIS DEED SIGNED WITHOUT AUTHORITY In the district court Lovina W. Roh-enthyne Roh-enthyne commenced suit against the Mathews & McCullough real estate company et al. to have cancelled a certain warranty deed, drawn in Yavor of Frank D. Smith. Tho complaint relates that the deed was written June 15. 1915, and signed by her husband, hus-band, Anthony Rosenthyne, without authority, claiming that the property belongs to her and that she never authorized the issuanco of the deed. The plaintiff seeks to have the deed cancelled and declared void, also asking ask-ing damages in the sum of $500. oo
