SERVIANS DEFEAT AllSIiANFORCES Paris. Dec 9. 7:21 p. m. A dispatch dis-patch to the Havas agency from Nish. Servia. says: "The crushing offensive movement of the Servian army has been successful suc-cessful along the entire front. The' Austrians are retiring in the greatest disorder, losing a large number ol prisoners and cannon and war ma terial. "At one point alone the Servians took 2000 prisoners and the band and flag of the Twenty-second regiment.' Paris. Dec. 9, 2: 40 p. m Telegraph ing from Nish, Servia, the correspondent correspon-dent of the Havas agency transmits an extract from tho declaration of the new Servian cabinet, read before the Servian legislature today, as follows fol-lows : "Convinced that the entire Servian people have resolved to defend their homes and their liberty to the end by a holy war. the royal government feels it to be its duty to give assurance assur-ance of success."
