Show HEW YEAR S EVE !S TO BE CELEBRATED AT THE CLUB The New Year's eve committee of the Weber club met at noon todav at the club and discussed plans for a big celebration on the last night of the -.ear. William A Larkins is Chairman of the committee and the other members are D. C. Eccles, Harold Har-old Peery, L D. Larson W. H. Harris. Har-ris. L. R. Buchmiller and I. L Rey-rolds. Rey-rolds. The plans disrussed were In effect such as will make the event even more elaborate than the one last year, v. Inch marked a new era in the celo-brate-at-home movement started by the Weber club some months previous. previ-ous. s before, a table d'hote dinner din-ner Is to he served from !) until 12 n Hock and then the dining room will be cleared for dancing During the dinner hours, the diners will he entertained en-tertained with music by a large orchestra or-chestra and the best cabaret entertainers enter-tainers obtainable. In addition to this all will be presented with different dif-ferent varieties of favors at appropriate appropri-ate intervals. The last of the favors will be nnise makers and. with music and mirth the new year will he ushered In. A letter explaining the plans of the committee com-mittee for the celebration is to b-3 mailed each member of the club and is expected to be answered In person on New Year's eve. |
