Show DISPUTE OVER CHILD IS SETTLED Bf THE COURT In the matter of the estate and guardianship of Mark A. CriteB, a minor, the petition of Mr. and Mrs. A, C. Crites for letters of guardianship guardian-ship was denied and the cross petition peti-tion of the mother. Mrs. Alice CriteB for guardianship paperB was granted. The mother Is in Omaha taking a course of training as a hospital nurBe and the child is now in the care and custody of Mrs. Patrick Moran of thiB city. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Crites are the grandparents of tho child and the father is in the army. In granting the cross-petition, Judge Howell stated stat-ed that the mother was the proper and rightful guardian of the child and that he considered it would be well cared for by Mrs. Moran until the mother could complete her course in nursing. The judge ordered, however, how-ever, that, the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Crites. be permitted to visit the child occasionally. |
