DOCTORS ARE PAID BACK MONEY No complaint has been sworn against J. C Gardner, tho man who secured S5 each from a number of Ogden physicians. The talk given by Gardner to each physician led the physician to believe that ho was to be tho only oxamlner of candidates for tho Loyal Order of Lions, but at tho same time ho loft a pamphlet with each one In which It stated that the prospective mombcrs could bo examined exam-ined by any physician so long as that physician was a membor of the order. The man returned to each physician the ?5 which had been given and nothing noth-ing further could be done. It is not known whether there Is such an order as the one he claims to represent
