Show ROW OVER THE PURCHASE OF A STORE A row, resulting from a stove bargain, bar-gain, waB threshed out in police court this morning. Morris Wolfson, a second-hand dealer at 2227 Washington avenue, charged W. F. O'Gorman with disturbing his peace. During the con- flictlng testimony it was brought out that Wolfson had purchased an old stove from Mrs. O'Gorman with tho understanding thnt I' Mr. O'Gorman did not llko tho bargain ho could re.-covcr re.-covcr tho stovo by paying Wolfson tho amount paid O'Gorman's wife. O'Gorman did not llko tho bargain and so he wont to tho second-hand storo to got his stove. In the argument which followed O'Gorman admitted that ho pushed his fi3t against tho dealer's face. The testimony offored was qulto conflicting. Judge Reeder has taken the case under advisement until tomorrow morning |
