Sheriff Judd and deputies have been searching for the last week for Winn! f red Berkley, who was out on parole from the Stato Industrial schooL Thcv found her Sunday afternoon and "took her to Ogden and turned her over to the Industrial school officials. When apprehended ap-prehended the girl told a story accusing ac-cusing a young married man residing on Provo bench and today a complaint com-plaint was Issued by County Attorney Evans charging the man, Albert Park, with a statutory offense. Park Is defendant in a divorce suit filed July 19, In which tho wife charges her husband with cruel and Inhuman treatment, and particularly In tho month of Jun.o 1910, when, it Is charged, he "would caress and kis3 ono Myrtle Watkins and tell her how nice looking she was" in the presence of the plaintiff Mrs. park further alleges In her complaint that the defendant sold their home on Provo bench and used tho money to buy an automobile and that ho used the autoraobllo to ride . . j ; about tho country with Myrtle Wat- kins.
