This is the case of a child at Five oPints. i Mr. Shorten declares that In many Instances there is unnecessary alarm felt by parentB and others, a number of cases reported as smallpox not proving to be such when examinations are made by physicians. There are now but three cases of smallpox at the city detention hospital and all of these are transients. |
